Since each product is custom-made, exchanges and returns are not allowed.

However, before receiving your order, you’ll get a chance to review it with the courier.

If there’s any issue or damage, please don’t accept the item — and no extra shipping will be charged.

If the product is received and later a return is requested, unfortunately we cannot accept it.
