Please take a moment to read our simple and friendly policy below:

Your order will be ready and delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

For governorates outside Cairo & Alexandria, delivery may take up to 15 days.

We always try our best to deliver as soon as possible — but good things take a little time ✨

Since each product is custom-made, exchanges and returns are not allowed.

However, before receiving your order, you’ll get a chance to review it with the delivery person.

If there’s any issue or damage, please don’t accept the item — and no extra shipping will be charged.

If the product is received and later a return is requested, unfortunately we cannot accept it.

A small deposit is required to confirm your order (even as little as 50 EGP).

This helps us begin preparing your special item with love and care 🧸

The remaining amount is paid upon delivery.
